You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol, tobacco, hookah products, or any related accessories from Fine Liquor. This is a strict legal requirement enforced by federal and Texas state law.

All customers purchasing age-restricted products must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of purchase. We accept driver's licenses, state ID cards, military IDs, and passports. We reserve the right to refuse any sale if proper identification cannot be provided or if we suspect fraudulent identification.

By entering our store or using our website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that any information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of alcohol, tobacco, and consumable products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed products.

In the rare event that a product is defective, unsealed, or damaged at the time of purchase, please contact us within 48 hours with your receipt and the product in question. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Accessories and non-consumable merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Fine Liquor maintains a safe, welcoming environment for all customers. We ask that you:

• Be respectful to staff and fellow customers at all times.
• Refrain from consuming alcohol on the premises unless explicitly permitted during a private tasting event.
• Do not attempt to purchase age-restricted products for minors — this is a serious criminal offense in Texas.
• Follow all posted store rules and instructions from staff.

We reserve the right to ask any individual to leave the premises if their behavior is disruptive, threatening, or violates any law or store policy.
